Thanks for shopping with EloraGlo. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery.

1) Processing time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays).If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll email you if there’s a significant delay.

2) Shipping time & delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Global (8 - 15 days)

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, customs processing, or weather events.

3) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option chosen.

Free shipping may be available during promotions or when your order meets a minimum spend threshold.

4) Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5) Delivery address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

  • If you notice an error, contact us ASAP at sar@eloraglo.com — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

6) Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

7) Delays, lost parcels & carrier issues

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed over, but we’ll always help you investigate.

If your tracking shows:

  • Delivered, but not received: Please check around your property/with neighbours and contact the carrier first. Then email us and we’ll assist.

  • No movement / stalled tracking: Email us at sar@eloraglo.com and we’ll lodge an enquiry where possible.

  • Lost parcel: If deemed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you on a resolution (replacement or store credit/refund depending on the situation).

8) Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at sar@eloraglo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
